My Fuji Xerox CM205fw has suddenly decided not to print. Everything just ends up in the print queue. I have tried unplugging machine and checked all cables but still it won't print. Any suggestions! Very frustrating!

I have a CM215fw and the panel tells me there is a paper jam and code 077-901. The machine ran out of paper. I have checked the rear of the machine and cannot find any paper there. I even used a vacuum cleaner to try and dislodge any paper particles. A couple of slivers came out. I still get the Paper Jam message after turning the machine off for a couple of minutes. Any help?

Hi, maybe open the rear and release the roller rods again, take care when closing, it needs to snap shut, as this is often the cause for the paper jam notice not clearing. Try opening and closing again, turning off and on again. I am sorry that you are this problem, and hope you are able to clear the message.

From my experience with copiers this must be a malfunction with the heat transfer. I assume you may have turned the machine off for a couple of minutes, turned on and tried again. If you have already tried this, sorry I think it may need repair attention. This did happen to my old xerox 214 some years back, fortunately it righted itself, as it is still in use.

I just got the same error and after looking further I found out that the contacts in the printer that mate with the cartridge, one got damaged and half of it then dropped off. Now I am trying to find a service manual for it to have a go at repairing it.Interestingly I have had the same error appear. No movement of the printer, just turned it on yersterday and have that error. Contacting Xerox they suggetsed it must b a faulty black cartridge, but removing that cartridge I then get the error on other cartridges. Very dissapointing after 3 years of very low levels of work.
