Driver Wacom Cte-440 For Mac

Hi, I have the same issue.. I have Graphire 4 and was pretty satisfied with it until Maverics. Recenty I wrote to Wacom user support and got this reply:


  1. I used for my very old transparent blue Wacom GD-0912-U at a Mac mini with Mavericks (10.9.5) the driver Wacom pro617-5_int After software update (10.10.5 Yosemite) it still works, but the settings are not longer available.
  2. A hardware driver is a small computer program that allows your computer to interact with Wacom products. It is important to download the most recent driver to ensure that your device is working properly and that you can access its full array of features.
  3. The Bamboo Pen CTL-460 certainly does not work with their drivers in Yosemite and, at any rate, I was hoping to be able to also use my trusty Intuos (the very first USB Intuos, GD-0912, from around year 2000 I think), which no Wacom official drivers support in Yosemite either, so 'old-school' is a relative term (^_-).

I am terribly sorry for we no longer provide any driver version that would allow you to use your Graphire 4 tablet with the latest Mac system version. The technology gap between these two items is unfortunately too large.

Graphire 4 is 2007 I guess. Wow, that's as if my iPhone 3G (2008) couldn't even connect to my MacBook anymore because of Maverics.. Gigabyte 81845gvm rz driver for mac. I can't believe that realitevly simple positioning HW is so hard to make new drive for. So disapointed by Wacom. So much 😟
